In-Person Reiki Healing

Duration: 45-60 minutes

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy healing practice that helps restore balance, release emotional blockages, and promote overall well-being. This in-person session allows the energy to flow directly from the practitioner to the recipient, facilitating deep relaxation and mental clarity.

During the session, you will lie fully clothed on a comfortable table while the practitioner places their hands lightly on or near your body. The healing energy works to clear any blockages and restore the natural flow of energy within you, supporting physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.

In-person Reiki offers the benefit of a personal, hands-on experience, allowing you to feel the energy in real time, which enhances the healing process.     Avoid alcohol for 24 hours and limit caffeine intake 8 hours before the session. Alcohol can dull your energy, and caffeine can disrupt your body’s natural healing flow. Hydrate with herbal tea, fresh fruit juice, or water instead.

    Eat Light & Healthy
    Consume a light, vegetable or fruit-based meal at least 2 hours before the session. Avoid meat or eggs during this time, as they can be heavy on digestion and slow down the body’s natural ability to process and absorb healing energy.

    Remove Metal Jewelry
    Remove all metal jewelry or accessories (except earrings) as metal can interfere with energy flow.

    Wear Comfortable Clothing
